MAMA LOVE YOGA LONDON CLASSES
Sara teaches embodied dynamic yoga classes for women’s wellbeing, with a focus on yoga for mums. The core aim is to keep mums healthy and strong from pregnancy to menopause and beyond, through movement, breath work and self-discovery.
Sara is proud to have created a welcoming and friendly group of all abilities, shapes and sizes. Every body has a yoga body and the classes are suitable for all levels from beginners to seasoned yogis.
The yoga classes are challenging, rejuvenating and relaxing to strengthen your body and balancing your mind.
Sequences are influenced by various yoga teachings, including Power, Forrest and Embodiment and every class will have a physical and mental intent to nourish your body and soul.
Poses flow smoothly from one to the next and no two weeks will be the same.
You will be guided through a flowing sequence designed to work every part of your body, finishing with a deep relaxation, leaving you energised and ready to take on the world.
Every class will include tips for modifications.
