Sara offers holistic bodywork to both women and men, offering a tailored massage following a detailed health consultation.

DEEP TISSUE & THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
As a yoga teacher, Sara often incorporates simple movements and breath work into her bodywork therapy.
All therapies will take place in Sara’s treatment room in Beckenham, South London.
Available slots until end July 2022:
- Monday at 9.30am, 11.30am, 1.30pm, 7.30pm
- Tuesday at 9.30am, 11.30am, 1.30pm, 7.30pm
- Wednesday – closed
- Thursday – closed
- Friday at 9.30am, 11.30am, 1.30pm, 7.30pm
- Saturday at 9am and 11 am
- Sunday – closed
*There is some flexibility around start times.
