Welcome to Sara Smyth Wellbeing. I offer psychology-informed, body-based support for women navigating stress, anxiety, chronic health challenges, and life transitions.
My work combines somatic practices with psychological insight to support both immediate relief and longer-term resilience.
Alongside easing physical and emotional tension, I help women reconnect with their bodies, feel calmer, build self-trust, and develop practical ways to support their wellbeing now and in the future.

Sara Smyth is a holistic health practitioner and trainee health psychologist. She blends evidence-based training with lived experience of juggling family life, work, and the often messy, demanding realities of modern life.

Sara Smyth is an experienced integrative health practitioner and is a certified massage therapist, breathworker, yoga teacher and co-founder of Soma Rising Retreats. She has 9 years experience guiding clients towards deep, transformative healing, backed by studies in health psychology and with a focus on the stress / health cycle.
