A calming, sculpting facial massage combining lymphatic drainage, buccal (inner mouth) work, and breathwork. Often chosen for jaw tension (TMJ), head and neck pain, and stress-related holding.

Stress often shows up in the body – tight shoulders, jaw tension, headaches, shallow breathing. These aren’t things to push through, but signals that your body needs care.
My work draws on holistic bodywork and health psychology, working with your body, breath, posture, and the wider context of your life. Sessions are tailored, consent-led, and paced to suit you.
You’re always in control. You may simply need space to rest, or you may feel curious to explore what your body has been holding. Either way, you’re welcome exactly as you are.
